Description
This course examines how generative AI is reshaping writing, research, and creativity. Students will analyze AI-generated content, evaluate its impact on authorship and originality, and produce original work using AI tools. Through critical inquiry and creative experimentation, students will develop nuanced arguments and synthesize unique perspectives to construct thoughtful, well-supported responses to complex questions about artificial intelligence, human creativity, and identity. Students will also explore the history of writing technologies, from the printing press to the word processor, and their effect on writing, research, and creativity.
